What is the delivery time?

The total delivery time is between 6 to 15 business days, depending on the location.

– 1 to 3 business days for order processing (Monday–Friday)

– 5 to 12 business days for delivery (Monday–Friday)

Can I return a product?

At SmartGrove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within Australia, with no minimum order amount.

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and validating your return, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days using the same payment method used at checkout.
